Description

I designed the 6-week youth workout plan to help youth baseball
players to prepare for a season. It is designed for pitchers, but any
player who throws the ball can benefit from these exercises.
The plan uses a mix of exercises and drills that are safe for young
athletes.

No special equipment or weights are needed. In general,
each workout should take 20-45 minutes–a small time investment
that may deliver a lifetime of returns!
