Pitching Notes Regarding Services

The workouts / exercises we work on each week are taken home to work on in order to help build up and strengthen the athlete. Pitching is not a 1 day a week event. It is a lifestyle choice. To become better at pitching or anything for that matter it takes physical practice (Positive habits / patterns to build up the subconscious) and correct application. The same goes for your mental state. Visualization and positive affirmations are a good place to start. The Law of Attraction is you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back. This is a common theme for athletes in the ARM Pitching Development program. The expectations for success are high, as long as we feel the athlete is giving their best effort in becoming better we have no problems with mistakes.
